Camera Access

Our app uses your device's camera to capture dealer documents, GSB (Glow Sign Board) setup photos, DeepFreeze asset photos, and to scan barcodes. Images captured are only used within the app for business purposes and are securely transmitted to our servers. We do not collect or use camera data beyond this scope.

Location Access

Location permission is required to fetch the current GPS location during asset scanning and DeepFreeze transfers. This helps track the physical location of assets for internal record-keeping. We do not share location data with third parties.

Storage Access

The app uses storage access to temporarily store images/documents captured from the camera before uploading to secure company servers. This allows dealer registration and asset tracking workflows to function smoothly.

Contacts Access

Contacts permission is accessed only to retrieve the device IMEI number for internal device identification. The app does not read, store, or share your personal contact list or related data.

Data Collection

No personal data is sold or shared. All collected data (dealer documents, asset photos, GPS coordinates, IMEI) is used strictly for internal asset tracking and management. All data is stored securely on our company-controlled servers.

Third-Party Access

This app does not share any user data with third-party services or advertisers.

Security

We take reasonable and industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse.
